(KB) is a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company with more than $30 billion in revenue. It decides to buy the entire stake from the original promoters of ESL. This saga unfolds through the eyes of four employees. They are about to experience a roller-coaster ride of emotions, anxiety, and agony. The life of all the ESL employees is about to change forever. They go though the painful phase of transition. The entire value system of the company is about to be replaced by an alien system. Careers end, jobs are lost, dreams are shattered, and panic spreads.
