His substantial fees have allowed him to accumulate resources. As Beau contemplates retirement, one piece of property , Hawk Mountain, emerges as his future retirement home . The beautiful lake front property is ideal for he and his family's golden years. Unbeknownst to Beau, a Dallas development company backed financially by a West Coast Eastern European crime syndicate wants the land for development. Stonewalled in its attempts to ascertain the ownership of the land, thee syndicate viscously attacks Hawk Mountain's caretaker. "The Ghost" decides the time has come to protect his interests and deal with the usurpers.
