The literary style aims to introduce this important political milestone through fiction. Real people and events give historical anchors to put flesh on the anonymous participants in what became known as The Peterloo Massacre. This is not a clinical history. A potpourri of passions gives the reader the chance to walk in those shoes of the men, women and children, old and young, impoverished and privileged to the peaceful protest.
