Over the last decades, nutmeg processing industries facing problem of decorticating nutmegs to produce kernels for further processing. Keeping this in mind the research was undertaken at PHT scheme, University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore-221 005. This book entitled "Nutmeg Decorticator - Development, Optimization and Processing techniques" is providing new way of processing nutmegs.
