In this book multidimensional reliability sampling plans are developed based on two parameter exponential distribution and log logistic distribution. For a complex product consisting of several components the MDRSP gives a fixed sample size which is minimum. If a complex product consisting of multiple components is considered for life test with different levels of probability of acceptance then the life test with respect to all components can be done using a fixed minimum sample size. One can extend this value 'i' to any number of components, but the sample size is less giving same amount of protection. The main advantage of MDRSP is the reduction of sample size for same amount of protection.
