If there is one thing that we as Human beings all face is trial and tribulation. In which is my main focus in this workbook and series to come. The workbook is based on what, every human being have to deal with, heartaches and memories. People say all the time forget the pass, and we try. I say addressing the pain that happened years ago does matter today. We as a people have developed what I call the "Mental Stow Away Syndrome".
