Not wanting to stay standing, she moved down the road toward the home she had left. The once white picket fence turned brown, and paint was chipping off. The yard was overgrown to a point. Opening the gate, it fell off the hinges. Stepping up to her door, Mayu took a deep breath. Her hands were shaking, but she needed to get this done with. Unlocking the door, she pushed it open.
