This study was designed to focus on image processing system that will be implement to mobile robot. Mobile robot is was the idea from RoboSurveyor that control by jeopardy trough WiFi attach to mobile robot. The mobile is using IP Camera to capture image before it will be sent to my netbook to be process. Image Processing System is developed by using MATLAB Version 7.11.0.584 (R2010b) 32-bit (win32) software. The methodology for this project was adopted by Structured model of methodology, which is used as guidelines into creating a unique methodology that is suitable for this project. This methodology is consist of three phase which are group as Planning and Design, Development and Testing also Implementation and Presentation. All phase are related to each other which mean it can be return if phase is not suitable with another. While all phase is running it parallel move will Project Management and Documentation like Interim Report and Dissertation Report. Chapter four covers the process of designing a prototype of the product, algorithm used for image processing in order to identify RED color and the shape of object inside the image.
