But after he learns that a new family will be moving in, Hogarth begins to reminisce about his past, remembering the folks who built him more than a century ago. From the first Hogarth family who settled in Sethsburg in 1816 to their present-day descendents, Hogarth is a vivid portrait of the triumphs and tragedies of the early settlers of southern Indiana and their unique legacy to their relatives.
