Why is only pastors family members succeed the current lead pastor? Is this a biblical way of succession? How to prepare for succession? How to train first-generation pastors for leadership succession? The author addresses questions such as these in this book and deals with them in biblical theology perspective and shows the independent churches and its pastors away for their succession.
