The experimentation on these victims of inhumanity have no conception of the pain they cause. The medics involved consider themselves to be scientists and work under the premise that there is no gain without pain. They operate under the concept of slice and dice and we can't hear the screams of our victims. Grant and his team travel to Ireland, Hungary, India and America in their attempts to thwart the schemes of these evil men. There is always the constant threat of assassination and violent death in their quest for harmony among nations. Petru Dumitru a vicious Hungarian cast in the same mold as Cirrus and Bates appeared briefly on the same stage. However, Dumitru enacted a complete blunder by slaughtering a number of Chinese delegates who were observing a demonstration of AI that went radically wrong. The Chinese secret service the MMS, found out about the outrage with dire consequences for Dumitru. Sicily, under the umbrella of the Mafia, was yet another region where an AI facility was set up. Here again the venture was proved to be another disaster. This happened when internecine warfare broke out between conflicting rivals. There again the question must be posed.
